Our mission is to provide displaced military spouses and DOD federal employees with free career counseling and training resources so they can successfully transition to new employment in the training services, customers have access to all Workforce Investment Act programs and partner agencies in the One Stop Centers throughout the Hampton Roads area, including Southside, Peninsula and Hopewell/Petersburg area.

Our Commitment

In support of existing military transition assistance programs, NEXStep Training for Transition is committed to providing additional employment and training resources to help eligible individuals successfully transition to their next jobs.
